Substitution Policy:
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is
delivered in a timely manner. The utmost care and attention is given to your order
to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item.

In arrangements
of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible,
even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater
value.

For one-of-a-kind
flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every
attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.

If the floral
container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used.

Fruits, fruit
baskets, flower baskets may substitute with equal or greater value.
Important
Note:
1)
We Delivery Monday to Sunday (7 Days a week).
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery
at a specific time of day.
2) We
offer Next day delivery.
Order to provincial cities will be
shipped next day & it would take
additional 24 hours to arrived. Shipping
address far from the city proper may take
additional time.
3) Monday delivery to provincial cities
mayn't guaranteed always as some courier
mayn't process a gift for certain destination
on SUNDAY.
4) For Confirmation please allow 24 hours
after the scheduled delivery date to request
delivery confirmation of your order. For
provincial orders, allow up to 72 hours
from the time of your request for delivery
information.
